Ola Ismail

Ola Ismail

Principal Consultant

Ola holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the School of Business at The George Washington University.

Ola brings extensive professional experience in banking and healthcare management within an international context. Her background includes leadership roles in customer experience, process improvement, and business development, where she partnered with cross-functional teams to strengthen operations, improve service delivery, and support organizational growth.

In addition to her corporate career, Ola has led multiple nonprofit and youth-focused programs, reflecting a strong commitment to community development, leadership cultivation, and service.

Ola is a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner and is currently working toward her SHRM certification.

Her consulting approach is structured yet compassionate—balancing strategy with empathy and execution with purpose.

Zanib Rafiq

Director of HR Advisory & People Strategy

Zanib Rafiq holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Systems Management (Business concentration) from George Mason University. She is a trusted HR advisor at IntegRiva Consulting, supporting small and growing businesses with practical, people-centered HR solutions.

With hands-on experience in employee benefits, employee relations, and workplace investigations, Zanib partners with business owners and leaders to navigate sensitive employee matters, strengthen communication, and build positive workplace experiences. She is known for her approachable, solution-driven style and her focus on helping organizations scale with clarity and confidence.

Throughout my career in banking, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations, I worked alongside leaders who carried tremendous responsibility with limited resources. Small businesses and non-profits are often driven by passion and purpose—but without the systems or support they deserve.

I created IntegRiva Consulting, LLC to change that.
